Resource Tracker is a mobile workforce tracking and dispatch application. This App allows mobile workers to receive activities sent to them by dispatchers using the Fleet Complete application, based on the mobile worker’s position and workload. Using Resource Tracker, the mobile worker can update the status of the activities as they are performed and send those updates back to the dispatcher.
Features:
• View a list of dispatched and in-progress activities
• View the details for each activity including address, contact information and instructions.
• Update status and enter comments for each activity
• Find the address of an activity on a map and get directions to it.
• Record the mobile workers travel route, while they are logged in, by capturing location information, even when application is running in *background, to provide managers a full audit of the mobile workers day.
• Send periodic position and direction information to dispatcher while the mobile worker is logged in.
• Update working status.
*Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
